5S Organizational Strategies

This program is intended for supervisors, group leaders, and team leaders who have direct impact on workplace organization. Participants review various strategies and discuss implementation options in order to prepare their own organization for a 5S event.

What You Will Learn:

  • Describe the benefits of implementing 5S.
  • Understand how to utilize the 5S methodology to organize and clean work areas. 
  • Initiate practices necessary to sustain the improvement.
  • Learn how to use visual techniques to communicate to employees and to manage everyday work.
