Creativity in the Workplace

Think outside the box. Change the paradigm. Get creative. We know that creativity energizes work groups and helps them solve problems, find opportunities for change, and make decisions, and yet we often struggle to find those creative sparks. Participants in this program learn techniques for viewing their work from new perspectives and stimulating creativity in their work groups. Discover ways to reach your work goals by generating fresh ideas and creative action plans.

What You Will Learn:

• Identify barriers to creativity and practice techniques for overcoming them.
• Use techniques and tools such as brainstorming, affinity diagramming, and innovation transfer to generate creative ideas.
• Use a problem-solving model to develop creative solutions and action plans.
