Introduction to Lean Office for Administrative Professionals

Administrative professionals learn lean strategies that can be applied to the office environment to improve workflow, eliminate waste, and respond more quickly to the needs of the organization.  Through exercises, videos, and group discussions, participants gain experience with valuable tools and techniques of lean.
