So you have heard about lean and don’t really understand all the fuss. This half-day workshop is intended to disseminate basic information about moving to a lean mindset and the first steps to moving into a lean culture. This class is for any person, on any level of your organization, that wants to learn about lean thinking and how a lean initiative could benefit your organization.
