Effective Communication and Motivation - Principles of Management 2

Participants develop a solid understanding of the tools for effective communication and how to recognize and resolve communication breakdowns in the workplace. They analyze their communication style and learn how to improve listening habits. Participants also learn what motivates people, and they develop an understanding of how to use different motivation techniques to improve productivity and morale.
