This two-day program will provide a roadmap for the HR professional to go from requisition through offer letter. Day one will cover the administrative foundation including procedures, metrics, employer of choice criteria, competency assessment, and recruitment. Day two will be completely devoted to the selection interview including the development of appropriate, legally-based questions and behavior-based interviewing. Ample time is allocated to practice and hone your interviewing skills.
