Affirmative Action: Don't Get Caught With Your Plans Down - IA/Western IL

Are you prepared in the event that your organization is chosen for a compliance review by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)?

Whether or not your affirmative action plan is written and implemented, your organization has limited time to respond to the OFCCP’s notification of a compliance review.
