Lean Education: Lessons from the Three Little Pigs

We all know the story of the three little pigs and their construction problems – the house that withstood the wolf’s attack was the one that was built with the best materials, used the best planning, and employed the best expertise for the problem at hand. To be the very best at process improvement, we need to develop an innovative and flexible learning organization. What does it take to do that? At this breakfast session, we will explore the topic together and all walk away with some new ideas around improving our own learning organizations.
