However, the expression of anger can be managed to reduce the degree and frequency of angry outbursts and put you on the path towards responding with a more positive approach in situations where anger might arise. This series of courses assists you in learning how to recognize and manage your anger in the workplace. You will learn about a process and skills that can help you manage your anger while still expressing your opinions. You will also learn how to respond effectively to someone else's anger.
